Take your time dude don't rush it, if that drawing is trying to depic a very young man, it doesn't, it looks like a guy in his mid20s, of course it needs more work

ReplyDeleteIt's some angsty highschooler. They hide the eyes because they can't draw them comfortably, and put the head at an angle because it's easier to draw facial features that way, especially with photo reference, which they clearly used. I know, because I've done it too (not submitted it to an adult game dev, just drew it).
ReplyDeleteThat's not to say it's bad, but it's certainly not... game-par. Nor does it at all fit with the aesthetic.
we ignored that mail.... and you are 100% right we are looking for cartoonist who can deliver us frame by frame artwork ......
